Who we are?
Mr. Mahdi Moradi Jalal who has 15 years of experience in the consulting business, is the founder and president of Optimal Solution Inc.
Mahdi received his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering in 1998 and his M.Sc. in Hydraulic Structure in 2001 in Iran and then completed his post graduate M.A.Sc degree of Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2008.
Mahdi has been active in the engineering research field since 1998 and has published 10 journal papers of which 4 conference paper and presentations have been in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, 3 thesis, and 3 book chapters that have recently been published by Springer Publication.
Mahdi also acts as the “External Referee and Reviewer” with some international scientific journals in North America, Europe and Japan.
 How was Optimal Solution incorporated?
It began back when Mahdi found out that although the majority of Canadian incorporations are in form of small and medium size businesses, most do not know that they can be supported by the government of Canada and be financially encouraged to promote their technical and technological activities. He quickly realized most of newcomers to Canada and non-native individuals do not posses enough information in applying for governmental grants, loans and incentive credits;
The highly motivated team at Optimal Solution includes Fatemeh Raei, VP of Operations, and a group of fully licensed engineers who bring extensive industry knowledge and experience to the table when consulting with clients. They are skilled experts when it comes to identifying each and every qualifying project.

Generally, Optimal Solution Inc. provides a variety of technical and financial services to businesses; from small business loans to other incentive programs such as SR&ED, IRAP, SODP, etc. The company also assists them on how to expand the scope of their business activities and how to get some external funding to satisfy their immediate and long term needs.
The type of services offered (i.e. loan or grant programs), depend on a variety of factors, such as nature of business, client’s plan to develop and financial status of incorporations. After conducting an initial evaluation, Optimal Solution generally provides a package of solutions to receive as much assistance as possible from the government and other financial institutions such banks, etc, in order to guarantee achieving client’s goals and activities.
